Its Friday . . .

Very quiet on blog land at the moment, perhaps everyone is busy.

May you all have a wonderful weekend with your families.  I have no special plans, trying out a new muffin recipe using spelt flour and visiting my local health food store to buy some organic ingredients. We are going healthy in our house. Back to basics.

And I will leave you with a photo I took earlier this week from my front garden.  I may have captured the scene, but only God could have created something so beautiful and amazing.

  1. Your weekend plans sound nice. I may need to be switching my diet around soon as well, ugh.

I loved your photograph! The colors in the sky are lovely. :)

    1. Thankyou Mara. We are moving to organic food where possible and after reading Nourishing Traditions I am trying out recipes that don't use processed white sugar, instead replaces it with maple syrup or raw honey. It is a bit of an experiment and is quite fun!!

  3. Wow...what an amazing scene you captured there. I saw a post about how God could have been boring but rather chose to give us beauty. I thought that it might interest you: http://www.jonacuff.com/stuffchristianslike/2012/04/is-god-boring/

    Have a great weekend!

    1. I have been watching the most amazing BBC TV series called "Earthflight" (I'm reviewing it shortly) and its all about birds. When you look at things like this series it really makes you realise how magnificent the creatures are that God made - not only are they beautiful to look at, but they have incredible abilities that we often don't see as we are too busy or not interested. Nothing is random - all around us is the evidences of Gods creation. Thankyou for the link.
