I think these are very pretty and feminine, may not be to everyone's taste - my favourite is the one above. Hope you have all reached the end of the week safely and stress free. Enjoy the weekend. I plan to do lots of quilting.

  3. Ooh! I love them!! They are so beautiful and feminine and pretty! I wouldn't know how to choose a favourite from amongst them though. They are all so pretty!
We have gotten through a very tough and life-changing week in our household... in the Lord's strength. That's something I've noticed about this world - things are always changing... and sometimes those changes are difficult. But if we depend on the Lord, He gets us through. Every. Single. Time. :)

    1. The fact you made it through is always good to hear. Over and over again the Bible reminds us that The Lord never let's us down and He is always with us and it is so TRUE. We really shouldn't be surprised by is!! But we often are.

This week for us has been one of change too and I can't help but thank The Lord over and over again that everything fell into place and so quickly. We have work ahead but by mid October all our current planning will be complete and it will be great. But one should never get too comfortable as, as you say, things just keep on changing.

I just love the feminine prettiness of these paintings. They are so joyful too.

  6. Jo, I've missed commenting more (and reading) at your blog. I always peruse the Art Fridays...they are what originally brought us together. Thank you for all your work in posting such beautiful and interesting paintings. I just want you to know that even though I have entered a new season in my life where blogs and blogging are not so much, I do visit, I do love your posts and I do appreciate you every day. God bless you always.

    1. Thankyou Laura for your kindness of words. I don't blog to get lots of comments, rather to share God's work among other women and given each other encouragement. Knowing that you stop by and read them is enough :) And so glad you enjoy the weekly art :))

  8. Beautiful! I love the tea theme that predominates. :-) I would choose the one with the blue and white china and the yellow roses. It would go perfectly in my dining room.
