Yellow daisies

If someone asked me what was the colour of joy, my reply would be yellow. Yellow is such a joyful colour - even on a grey day, these yellow daisies from my garden provide splashes of sunshine. One cannot be angry when glancing at these flowers.

For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
Colossians 1:16

  1. I think you are absolutely right. Yellow is the color of joy. It is a sunshine, summertime, happiness and music and dancing and smiling and sweet smelling color… in my opinion. Have a joyful weekend Jo.

  2. Yes!! All things were created by him and for him...including you. You are also His masterpiece. God bless you Jo.

  3. Beautiful flowers. Beautiful butterfly. Beautiful pics.
Yes, I love the colour yellow, too. I didn't like yellow when I was younger, but now I really like it - pretty much like all colours. I have a hard time picking a favourite colour because I love all colours when they are used right (apart from a few colours that I would call ugly - like army green and some pukey browns - but I do like other greens and browns!).
Another colour (apart from yellow) that I think speaks of joy is red. Red is so bright and cheerful, in my opinion! :)
