Art Friday: Martin Gonzalez

I do love a good watercolour and I think these are pretty good, what do you think?

I find watercolours very peaceful, perhaps because the colours are soft and delicate and these certainly are calming to look at and enjoy.

How have you been this week? I have had a nasty cold much of the week which has slowed me down — a good thing from time to time I am told!!

    Yes, I do like watercolours, when they are done properly! These are nice! I especially like the sunny bright ones.
    I do hope you're feeling better now. You must be feeling quite a bit better to have been up so early to go quilting shopping!! :D

      I had to be up early to drop son off at work by 6:40 (when he starts early I drive him), I then parked my car at work and my colleague came by and picked me up for our shopping trip. On the way back to work we picked up a tart for afternoon tea and I went to the chemist for more drugs!! It was quite a busy morning!! Three more of my colleagues are off today with this cold, it seems to be working its way through everyone and its quite a strong bug and that is knocking people about. I have had mine for over a week now and still quite sniffily.

    Slowly getting rid of it, however it is one very stubborn cold :(
