Something funny for a Friday
If you have teenagers (in particular boys) you might relate to (all or some) of this!
When my son comes to visit, the first thing he does is check out the fridge, I have leftovers and he wants to eat them!! He thinks my leftovers are always better than his.
I do have to say that my sons never trashed the house, it wasn't worth it!! I don't tolerating trashing and they knew it!!! And they were also quite good at cleaning - once again, when mum says to clean, mum means it. Yes, I was always tough with my kids when it came to helping with the cleaning.
No mess in my house:))))
Have a wonderful weekend.
Oh yes that is living with teenagers, I have one of each my daughter is a very good cook and made many yummy things but what a mess she left the kitchen. My son worked in a butchers shop part time when he was at school so he did learn to clean very well but it never extended to his bedroom that was always a mess, as they are no longer at home things stay reasonably tidy
ReplyDeleteMerle.....
My youngest son makes a huge mess when he cooks and his "cleaning" up leaves much to be desired!! Even the floor can get covered as I discovered when he made fudge chocolate brownies the other day. he is also very messy in his room. My eldest is so much neater and hates to have a messy house now that he is married!
Deleteleftovers are always nice, I have leftover for lunch today, the flavour will be improved on last night.
ReplyDeleteI like leftovers for lunches at work - beats a sandwich any day.
DeleteGreat!
ReplyDeleteHaha!! :)
ReplyDeleteI like leftovers, too. They are delicious!
So do I and now the children have left home, we are more likely to get some!!
