  2. A lot of detail, but the pictures are a little too bleak for me. Even the ones with bright colours still portray a dull/bleak sense to me. Maybe I'm just in the mood for something cheerful! ;)

    1. Maybe you will like next's week that is full of colour!!! I didn't think these were dark, I thought they were soft and delicate:)

    2. We all see different things when we look at art, don't we?! :) Might have something to do with my mood, too - maybe when I look at them some other day they'll not seem so bleak :P

  3. Love all the them. Truly love the simple day to day mood they all portray.

  4. Hi Jo, I love these paintings, thank you for sharing them. I too enjoy paintings that have a lot of detail. Most all of them also have a restful feel. I especially enjoyed the one with with the birds on the branch, it had such an interesting perspective looking down into the snowy village. Have a lovely afternoon! Delisa :)

    1. I find these paintings very calming even though they are so full of detail, not sure why. Perhaps because they look so gentle.

      Thankyou for dropping by:))
