Leave it to Mrs. Elliot to zero in on the truth in such a succinct way: she is so right. I wish I could tell this restless generation of young ladies to allow the Lord to direct their paths--He has the plan and purpose for their lives mapped out for them, and they will have lives more full and rewarding than anything the world offers.
Indeed. I think our only true fulfillment comes from obedience to God/serving God.
