I think you will find this artist interesting with her two very distinct painting styles.

  1. Wow! Incredible works, and rare to see such a difference in style. My favorite is the children with the puppies. She captured that moment beautifully!

    1. The ones of the children all have such emotion to them and they are also my favourites.

      Have a wonderful day :)

  2. I must say I much prefer the first lot. They were filled with emotion, the second lot didn't touch me at all - more cold, I felt!

    1. Her Pre-Rapharlite period is much more stylised and doesn't have as much emotion as her earlier work. It is interesting how an artist can change their style of work.

  3. The children are my favorite. Especially, the rosy, red lip and tears in her eyes, girl.

  4. She paints eyes very well. They really display the emotions felt by the person.

    1. You can really feel the emotions in his paintings, even the scenery.

The painting one above the one you like is so sad (just had a look at it), poor little girl standing in the snow looking hungry.
